Which sites are supported?
ScanDrop works with product links from AliExpress, Amazon, Alibaba, Shein and Temu, including their official regional domains. Just paste any product URL from one of these five marketplaces and hit Analyze.
How is the trust score calculated?
Our AI combines the product page with live web research, weighing the supplier's track record, review quality, price stability, shipping performance and complaint levels into a 0–10 score with five sub-scores and a clear verdict. It's an AI assessment built on public data — a strong signal, not a guarantee.
What do I get for free?
Every new account gets 75 credits — enough for 3 free checks, no credit card required. Free checks run at Low or Medium depth, and free reports show the trust score, verdict, summary and market signals; the full market data, content and images unlock with a paid plan.
What are credits?
Credits are what you spend on analyses: a full check costs 25 credits and a re-check of an existing report costs 12. Subscription credits reset with each renewal, while purchased credit packs never expire — and if an analysis fails, your credits are refunded automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel in one click from Settings → Billing, no emails or phone calls needed. You keep full access and your remaining credits until the end of the period you've paid for, and your reports stay in your account.
Do you offer refunds?
No — payments are final and we don't issue full or partial refunds. Cancelling stays simple, though: you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. That's exactly what the free tier is for — run three checks on real products before you pay for anything.
Which languages can reports be in?
Any language — you pick the report language before each check and the AI writes the entire report directly in it. Your default report language is set from your interface language and can be changed anytime in Settings.
Can I use the AI images freely?
Yes. The 3 product images in every full report are generated for you and are yours to use in your store, ads and social posts. Keep in mind they're AI representations inspired by the product — not the supplier's original photos.
Are my reports private?
Completely. Reports are visible only to you, are never shared or made public, and stay in your account forever. Deleting your account permanently removes all of them.
How does price tracking work?
On the Pro plan you can track up to 50 products. ScanDrop checks their prices automatically once a day, and when a price changes you get an in-app notification and an email — because a winning product can stop being one overnight.
